Anthony M

Anthony M is a Juniper Networks Certified Instructor (JNCI) awarded by Juniper Networks to conduct official and certified technology training.

Anthony has delivered technical network training since 1994, initially starting as a Certified Cisco instructor/consultant before pursuing NetScreen and Juniper instructor qualifications.

Working for Crystal Echo, Anthony has delivered Juniper training throughout the APAC region to Juniper staff, partners and customers.

In 2007, 2008 and 2009, Anthony was awarded a plaque of excellence by Juniper for receiving the highest instructor evaluation scores for the APAC region.


Brendon NC

Brendon NC is a Juniper Networks Certified Instructor (JNCI) awarded by Juniper Networks to conduct official and certified technology training. He has obtained a number of certifications from Juniper Networks under the Juniper Networks Technical Certification Program (JNTCP), Today he delivers training and consulting services across Juniper's Enterprise Routing & Switching, Security and Service Provider cirriculum.

Brendon has experience in the implementation and support of Internet Service provider and Telco Networks, first working as a support engineer and then moving onto network design and architecture primary working with Juniper Devices.


Mark T

Mark T is a Juniper Networks Certified Instructor (JNCI) awarded by Juniper Networks to conduct official and certified technology training. Mark is certified to deliver most of the courses across Juniper's portfolio.

Mark has over 20 years’ experience in the LAN/WAN, VoIP, WiMAX, Internet Service Provider and Telco environment and has worked extensively in all aspects of networking; from proof of concept through to validation, solution architecture to implementation, and ongoing maintenance and support. Mark has prepared and implemented network designs, migration, upgrades and extensive test plans for both Juniper's hardware and software platforms.

In his role as a Crystal Echo instructor, Mark has delivered a combination of instructor led training, remote and onsite troubleshooting support in addition to part time engagements from one to three months directly for customers of Juniper and multiple service providers.
