Crystal Echo was founded in 1998 and has its head-quarters in North Sydney, NSW Australia. Since 2004, Crystal Echo has successfully operated as a Juniper Networks Authorised Education Partner (JNAEP) in Australia and New Zealand and is now established as an organisation with a proven capability to sell and deliver high quality training in the IT sector.
Prior to 2004, Crystal Echo provided training and professional services on behalf of a number of vendors including NetScreen and Cisco as well as contracting course development and delivery services to an established, global training company. In addition to training, Crystal Echo provides a range of professional services to vendors, their partners and customers.
Crystal Echo has a team of 12 employees based in Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane and the core team is augmented by a strong contractor group who provide additional support for sales and course delivery.
A foundational belief of the organisation is that the delivery of training and professional services creates the opportunity to build deep relationships with a vendor as well as develop a team of very high quality instructors and PS consultants who have theoretical knowledge combined with hands-on experience.
