Juniper E-Series Certification Roadmap

The Juniper Networks Certification Program (JNCP) consists of Junos-based and platform-specific, multi-tiered tracks, which enable you to demonstrate competence with Juniper's technology in the areas most pertinent to your job function and experience.

E-Series is one of six Non-Junos based tracks in the JNCP.
This track is a multitiered program that allows participants to demonstrate, through a combination of written proficiency exams and hands-on configuration and troubleshooting exams, competence with specific Juniper Networks technology. Successful candidates demonstrate thorough understanding of Internet technology in general and Juniper Networks E-series platforms and operating system in particular.

Note: The JNCIA-E credential is not a required prerequisite for the JNCIS-E credential. However the JNCIS-E is a prerequisite for the JNCIP-E credential. Practical experience is the recommended preparation for the JNCIP-E credential.
