Course Overview
This one-day introductory course will present technically based information on computer networking architectures, components and IP protocol fundamental.
Course Goal
Upon completion allowing participants to better articulate and support a range of network environments and use the information learnt in the class to then move onto vendor specific hardware training
Target Audience
This course for any person who is required to design, provision, support or install network communications equipment into the Small - Medium Enterprise space.

Slight exposure to computer networks as a user or support assistant
