F.A.Q.
There are many acronyms for training courses and different product sets available from Juniper and therefore it can be difficult to work out what training path is the right one for you.
From the diagram below you can see there are several certification paths you can take. Each path contains multiple courses to achieve certification. You may have a specific certification you need to obtain. You may want to acquire a specific range of skills to build a new network or support an existing deployment.
To learn more about which path is applicable to you, click on a Certification lable in the diagram below. You will be taken to our dedicated purpose-built site designed to assist engineers in understanding the different streams.
Deciphering which courses to attend can be daunting, you may prefer to send us a short email with answers to the following questions:
- The product and model number that you plan to configure
- Any features / software licenses you plan to implement
- The timeframe in which you need these skills
- Any specific certification you will require, and
- The number of staff you need to have trained and whether they can all attend the training at the same time.
This information will help us suggest the minimum number of courses you’ll need to attend, including the recommended flow. We can then either work with our existing schedule of dates or attempt to schedule more public dates to meet your requirements.
Don’t rule out requesting a customised course at our training facility or onsite, you could be surprised at the affordability and flexibility this option provides.
