Crystal Echo: On the Frontier of Communications

We’ve been in the training and network consulting business for over 15 years, and in that time we’ve developed the knowledge and processes required to deliver a high quality course at a very competitive price.

We were one of the first training partners to deliver Juniper training world wide, and frequently deliver training on behalf of Juniper Networks to key accounts throughout the APAC region.

With a staff located in Sydney, Brisbane, Melbourne and Auckland we are not far away. Our staff are skilled across many vendors, however our chosen speciality is Juniper.

Working in the delivery of training or consulting services we are touched telecommunications giants such as Optus, Telstra, Vodafone, Telecom NZ, Telstra Clear & Macquarie Telecom. We have also worked extensively in the Enterprise networking space both direct and under the branding of many Juniper Networks Resellers.

Juniper Networks recently recognized us with an APAC Training Partner Award for Excellence (1st) and Instructor Award for Excellence (1st) for three years running, from 2006/7, 2007/8 and 2008/9

Philosophy

We at Crystal Echo are proud of our reputation for excellence in Juniper training, network solutions, and enterprise communications.  Our staff and consultants are world-class in their fields, and they have a knack for listening and responding to customers’ needs.

Crystal Echo has consistently sought and selected high caliber individuals to deliver both consulting and training services in the marketplace. To ensure we maintain our high standard we make sure that individuals at the top of their game who require and demand constant development and retraining.

Ongoing development of Crystal Echo’s instructors has included regular and varied Professional Service (PS) engagements which has allowed us to discover and exploit a ‘sweetening spiral’. Our belief is that a good technical instructor; makes a good PS consultant makes and a good designer makes a better technical instructor and so the cycle turns full circle. Our instructors actively seek PS engagements as it is a change from the lab/classroom environment and improves their experience and therefore their bona fides in the eyes of the students.

Crystal Echo has, in response from requests from Juniper & Channel/Reseller staff, developed PS methodologies recently for a number of Australian banks. Additionally completed works for a number of Australian telcos in the audit, design, install and support of their networks and customer’s networks.

The primary purpose of these pre-sale methodologies has built customer confidence in Juniper and its partners’ capacities to deliver new projects and large migrations on-time, on-budget with minimal customer disruption and maximum skills transfer to the Partner and end-user staffs.
